I bought this book when it first came and was very impressed! i'm actually buying a second copy for my brother. I suggest anyone that wants to learn the truth about real estate investing buy this book, very informative and insightful!
Good resource for someone who is just getting started, or someone who has been trying to learn about real estate investing. This book cuts through a lot of the fluff and gets to the down and dirty about how to actually flip houses. What I really like about this book is it's all about the process, and not about how much money the "guru" makes from real estate. I've read a lot of house flipping books from Bigger Pockets / Fortune Builders and it's very refreshing to have a resource that is down to earth and actually teaches you as opposed to building up how great the "guru" is.
Great Book!! a must read for those who are serious about investing in Real Estate. He goes in to great detail about the pros and con of all aspects if investing. Highly Recommended!!!!!
